Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Dash Coin (the "Game"), a mobile arcade game published for iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or playing Dash Coin you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Dash Coin you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. If you are using the Game on behalf of a minor for whom you are responsible, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. License to Play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Dash Coin on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment, and subject to:

• Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement for iOS installations.
• Google Play's Terms of Service for Android installations.

3. Eligibility & Age

Dash Coin is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to install and play. Parents are responsible for supervising in-app purchases and screen time on their child's device — we recommend Apple Screen Time and Google Family Link.

4. Accounts & Save Data

Dash Coin does not require an account. Your progress, coins, gems, skins, upgrades, and settings are stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, switching devices, or uninstalling will delete that progress. We are not able to restore lost local saves.

5. In-App Purchases

Dash Coin offers optional in-app purchases such as currency packs ("Starter Pack," "Coin Vault"), the "Dash Pass," and "No Ads" upgrade. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, and our entitlement provider RevenueCat. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable tax.

By making a purchase you authorize the platform to charge your payment method. Confirmations and receipts come from Apple or Google, not from us. See our Refund Policy for refund handling.

6. Virtual Items & Currency

Coins, gems, skins, powerups, upgrades, and any other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency or anything outside the Game, and are licensed (not sold) to you for use within Dash Coin only. We may add, remove, balance, or modify virtual items at any time without obligation to you.

Virtual currency and items are non-transferable, expire when your local save is deleted, and may not be sold, traded, or gifted to anyone.

7. Advertising

Dash Coin includes optional rewarded advertisements served by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice — you receive an in-game reward (revive, double coins, energy refill) in exchange. There are no forced or interstitial ads. Purchasing the "No Ads" product removes ad availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of Dash Coin, except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or modified versions of the Game.
• Tamper with save data, virtual currency, ad rewards, or in-app purchase entitlements.
• Resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any in-game items.
• Use the Game in a way that violates law, infringes others' rights, or interferes with other players.

We may suspend gameplay features, revoke virtual items, or terminate your license if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

Dash Coin, including all artwork, characters (Jay, Mia and variants), city designs, sound, music, code, and the Dash Coin name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

10. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates services operated by Apple, Google, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Updates & Availability

We may release updates, patches, balance changes, or new content from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue playing. We may also discontinue features, cities, or the Game itself at any time. While we work to keep Dash Coin available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dash Coin and its developers, publishers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dash Coin and its developers from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Game, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

You may stop using Dash Coin at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game (or to particular features) for any breach of these Terms or for security or legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — will survive.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher of Dash Coin is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence allows you to bring proceedings locally.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. If changes are material we will notify you in-app where practical. Your continued use of Dash Coin after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
